Butter Bob Briggs

In its purest form Keto should be simple. I followed Butter Bob's Philosophy on simple Keto. I did not buy organic or grass-fed beef or butter. I have never bought a Keto Cookbook, there is so much free info out there (see below). I never bought Ketone test strips. We each choose our style of Keto based on where we are currently and what we can or choose to afford.
